My cousin/niece Zoey had a brain tumor recently. The recovery is going to be brutal. They will start with local photon radiation to the tumor bed. This will be daily for six weeks. They will give her a four week break, and then she will undergo six months of chemotherapy. She’s three. Three years old and undergoing photon radiation and chemotherapy. That’s crazy. She’s a kid.
