Swing and a miss!

I’ve always loved that word ‘pyrrhic’ because it’s spelled so oddly. I love painting vivid pictures with just the right word choice and how one word or phrase can hold a double meaning for intended symbolism. I also love how letters make words and words make sentences and sentences make paragraphs, which make pages, which make stories, which hold ideas, and so on and so forth. Yes, I must confess, I am an avid word lover. There are few things I love more than making sweet lexicographic love to a notebook. This is probably the reason I’m banned from all libraries in the tri-state area. I don’t want to talk about it.

So, news on me! Uh…let’s see…um…Oh! I found a quarter on my work desk the other day! That’s pretty, you know, exciting. So..watch out. Never know what may pop up on this news feed. Unpredictable around every corner. Yup. …so, moving on.

Nothing really new to report to ya, troops. Sorry. All I can say is that things are going pretty okay for the comic. Numbers are dwindling a bit but hey, I can’t expect a constant upward trend in traffic. I’m trying to work on getting some more views to the site but I am an absolute dunce when it comes to coding and web programming and what not so we’ll see how that works out. In the meantime you can always help out by spreading the word about Ninja and Pirate! It’s every Wednesday and Saturday and it will ALWAYS be both work and kid friendly. So no matter what you shouldn’t hesitate in telling everyone you know to read this comic! Unless, you know, they’re getting attacked by bees or something. Then that’s probably not the right time. But afterwards. Yeah, that’ll do. We do have a Facebook page for those of you into that socializing thing I’ve heard so much about. I also have a Twitter at @ninjaandpirate and my Reddit handle is /u/ninjaandpiratecomic and I can ALWAYS use those upvotes to spread the word on Ninja and Pirate. That helps the most, as far as I can tell anyway. Well, less than getting your friends hooked on it. More than actually using hooks to do it. That’s just unpleasant. You should know better. Shame on you.

See you Saturday!
